“For me as a Maui wedding photographer the most important thing about capturing
magical wedding images is to click with the bride & groom and not just click the shutter!”
Maui wedding photographer, Michael Hannig, has been a photographer for over ten years now. It all began as a passion while he jetset around the globe for his corporate job in the aerospace industry. He is born in Germany and grew up, went to school and university there till approximately 15 years ago when his cooperate career brought him to Miami, Florida.
New York, Tokyo, Melbourne, Hamburg amongst many others exposed him to the world of fashion photography and acted as inspiration for his wedding photography. After being based in Miami, Florida for 6 years working for Germany’s largest commercial airline. Michael is married and has one son as well as two step son’s.
Since then he has furthered his passion into the professional realm with wedding photography and styled shoots.
Michael has a very kind and mellow soul and connects with clients quickly and effortlessly.
The German TV station zdf broadcasted a report on November 27th in the show “Hallo Deutschland” about Michael’s life as a photographer on Maui. Enjoy…
